We Are Finished!
  The final coating was a Versatile 5073 clear, high gloss, polyurea that will seal and protect the coated floor for years.  The 5073 is an amazing product.   Take a look at the shine created by the 5073.  Two hours later the 5073 was hard enough to roll in and set up the washer, dryer and refrigerator.  The next day the 5073 will be cured so that the customer will be able to park their car and truck on a newly coated, beautiful garage floor.

Finally, the only problem that I saw was now that the beautiful cherry cabinets were installed, the tan granite-like floor shining with a high gloss made the garage walls look pretty bad.  I over heard someone say the owner was now going to have to paint the garage walls.  A  couple years ago, when those words were spoken in my garage right after I finished coating my floor, it was my wife who murmured them.  The odds were it was the owner's wife who also mentioned those same words.  This means the walls will get painted and the owner will have a proud, beautiful garage to admire for many years.
