Day 9

There was an over cast making the weather perfect to lay top coats.  For the first coat, a Versatile 5025 hybred primer was used.  16 ounces of xylene was added to the 5025 to help soften the epoxy below for an added bonding bite.  Within 30 minutes, the 5025 was hard enough to start the second top coat.

The second coat was a Versatile 5073 polyurea.  Within two hours of application, the coat was dry to the touch and the owners can now start installing all the custom steel cabinets and diamond base board.
